After two successful editions, this year brings a new continuation of the Castle Concerts at Alden Biesen, performed by Belgium pianist & composer Daniel Verstappen, in collaboration with Yamaha Pianos, Piano’s Driesen, and Martin’s Rentmeesterij Bilzen.

For this edition, the PIANO takes center stage, in celebration of World Piano Day!

Of course, knowing Daniel, he has some surprises and guest artists in store, including his violist Marina Barskaya and several talented pianists!

To festively welcome spring, you can enjoy a delicious high tea before the concert at the restaurant of Martin’s Rentmeesterij, located near Alden Biesen.

Ticket Options

Concert only:
Choose between two types of concert tickets (Category 1 & Category 2), including a glass of bubbles during the intermission.

VIP Ticket:
Includes high tea (2:00 PM - 4:30 PM) with cava and an extensive selection of savory delicacies. During the concert, you will have the best seats, right at the front.

With his music, Daniel Verstappen connects generations, blending piano with modern sounds, orchestra, and vocals. He performs internationally and has shared the stage with renowned artists such as Andrea Bocelli, Ennio Morricone, John Miles, Hooverphonic, Anastacia, Gloria Estefan, and many more.

Through his Reconnection World Tour, he travels across Europe, America, Australia, and New Zealand, performing in world-famous concert halls, including Carnegie Hall in New York and the Sydney Opera House.

1 VIP Ticket with the best seats, including a glass of bubbles during the intermission + High Tea arrangement from 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM at Martin’s Rentmeesterij, Kasteelstraat 2, Bilzen, within walking distance of the concert hall!
Doors open concert: 4:30 PM
Concert starts: 5:00 PM
The concert venue (castle courtyard) is covered, meaning that weather conditions (temperature or rain) will not impact the event, the concert will go ahead 100% as planned.
From the parking area, it is a 2-minute walk to the castle.
